Our process begins with a Project Planning Consultation, where we encourage you to bring pictures of your space. This allows us to input your photos into our visualizer during your first appointment, giving you an initial view of how different design elements and materials will work in your actual space. You'll have the opportunity to browse through our product displays, testimonials, and literature, ask any questions, and gain insights from our team.

You’ll also receive a 15-minute consultation with one of our professional designers, who will guide you through the possibilities for your project. We help you plan with a Pre-Design Questionnaire, designed to ensure we fully understand your vision and goals.

Why It’s Beneficial: By providing us with pictures of your space, we can give you a real-time visual representation of your future design. This helps to align your expectations with what’s possible, making decision-making faster and easier from the start.

Once you’re ready, we move on to the Consultation at Your Space. At this stage, we come to your home and conduct an in-depth evaluation. We provide a 3D rendering of your space, complete with a to-scale floor plan and sample elevations, which allows you to clearly visualize potential changes. During this step, we also perform an Evaluation Questionnaire to identify unique recommendations tailored to your space.

Why It’s Beneficial: Seeing your space rendered in 3D gives you a clearer sense of how the layout and design will function. This step takes the guesswork out of planning, ensuring you make informed decisions that align with your lifestyle and space requirements.

The next phase is where the magic happens. In the Transformation Strategy, you’ll see your selected materials digitally rendered into your space, allowing you to compare and contrast different designs. This gives you the flexibility to move materials around and experiment with different combinations. You’ll also get a project budget estimate, so you have a clear understanding of costs before committing.

In the Final Approval phase, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve all the final details. This includes the final design, project price, timeline, and terms and conditions. You’ll have full control and transparency, ensuring everything meets your expectations before the project starts.
